How much does shipping cost and when is it free?

Our standard shipping rate is $6.99. Orders of $150 or more (after discounts or promo codes) qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery time is 14–21 business days, depending on inventory, carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays like weather or holidays.

Can I update or cancel my order?

You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of payment, free of charge. Email us as soon as possible to make changes.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If errors cause a failed delivery or extra fees, those costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have just placed an order, received a confirmation email, and it has been within 12 hours since the order was placed, you can follow these steps to cancel your order:

  • Step 1: Go to the email account you used to place the order on our website. Send an email to our support team at support@homesbuddystore.com.
  • Step 2: Copy the following form, fill in the necessary information, and send the email to us.

Body:

Dear Home’s Buddy,

I have just placed an order on your website, but I no longer wish to proceed with this order. Please cancel the order and refund my payment.

What’s your return window?

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item if you’re not satisfied.

How do I report a product issue and request a return?

Here are the steps to report a product issue or request a return. Please note that whether your order is lost, defective, or you want to return it for any other reason, you can follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Using the email you used to place your order, send an email to support@homesbuddystore.com.
  • Step 2: Send us an email using the following template:

Subject: I want to report a product issue/report a lost order/request a return for order [enter your order ID]

Dear Home’s Buddy,

I want to report an issue with my order [enter the issue you encountered with your order].

Note: If the order is defective, please provide us with pictures and videos of the product to expedite the process.

  • Step 3: Send us the email, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. If your return request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Return shipping is fully covered by us.

How long will my refund take?

The standard timeline for a refund is up to 23 business days: up to 5 days for evaluation, up to 15 days for the refund process, plus 1–3 days for bank processing.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Stripe payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not support Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and do not store credit card numbers directly. Stripe tokenizes all payment data for your protection.
