How can I tell if an item is in stock?
If you can add the item to your cart, it’s in stock! If it’s unavailable, you’ll see a “Sold Out” notice on the product page.
Do product colors match what I see online?
We strive to show accurate product images, but color may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. If you’d like more photos or details, just reach out!
Shipping & Orders
How much does shipping cost and when is it free?
Our standard shipping rate is $6.99. Orders of $150 or more (after discounts or promo codes) qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 14–21 business days, depending on inventory, carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays like weather or holidays.
Can I update or cancel my order?
You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of payment, free of charge. Email us as soon as possible to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If errors cause a failed delivery or extra fees, those costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item if you’re not satisfied.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at support@homesbuddy.com with your Order ID, SKU, and photos or video of the issue. We’ll evaluate your claim and respond within 5 business days with next steps and Return label if approved.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. If your return request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Return shipping is fully covered by us.
How long will my refund take?
The standard timeline for a refund is up to 23 business days: up to 5 days for evaluation, up to 15 days for the refund process, plus 1–3 days for bank processing.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Stripe payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not support Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and do not store credit card numbers directly. Stripe tokenizes all payment data for your protection.
